Group Classes

For Beginners Or Experienced Athletes

Classes are capped at 8 people so that everyone can get the individual attention they need. Get an amazing workout while being encouraged and coached in your specific fitness level.


Workouts last 45min-1hr and this includes a 5-7 minute dynamic warm-up, a 20-30 minute workout, and a 5-10 minute cool down stretch.

Small Group Class

Mon-Fri: 5:30a-6:30a, 6:30a-7:30a, 4:30p-5:30p, 5:30p-6:30p

Sat: 9:00a-10:00a

HIIT Class

Mon & Wed: 12:00p-12:30p

Personal Training

The Fastest Way To Get Your Desired Results

Personal training allows you to receive one-on-one attention from a coach and specific training geared towards your needs and goals. Included during your personal training is strength and metabolic conditioning and nutritional accountability.


Sessions last for 1 hour and this includes a warm-up, workout, cool down and a chance to talk through your goals and how you're doing with your coach.
