I recently had the privilege of sitting down with Dr. Kristen Kleponis and Dr. Ariel Evans to talk about Pelvic Floor Therapy and all it entails. Both of these ladies got their start in the Physical Therapy field, and through education and practice, they found a passion for pelvic floor health and became specialized in it.

Dr. Kristen and Dr. Ariel just opened up their own practice here in Lakeland, FL, Freya Wellness, where they focus on restoring the pelvic floor back to its intended function in both men and women.
