Easy Honey Mustard Baked Chicken: A Nutritious Delight
Why It's Great:

- Health Benefits: Chicken tenderloins are a great source of lean protein. The use of ingredients like honey, mustard, and olive oil adds flavor without excessive calories.
- Versatility: This dish can be adapted with dried herbs or different types of mustard, making it a forgiving recipe that's easy to tweak based on what's available. You can have it by itself with sides, or store it in the fridge and have the left overs on a salad at lunch the next day!
